This 13-week Occupational Therapist home health assignment is based
in Jefferson City, Missouri, the states capital and a welcoming
community along the scenic Missouri River. Jefferson City offers a
unique mix of historic charm and modern convenience, with an

workday with enjoyable off-time.The city features a beautifully
preserved downtown and the iconic Missouri State Capitol, where

feel.In this role, you will provide skilled Occupational Therapy
services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout

plans focused on maximizing safety, independence, and quality of
life in the home environment. You will be responsible for
interventions that may include ADL and IADL training, home safety
and fall risk assessments, energy conservation strategies,
caregiver education, adaptive equipment recommendations, and
coordination of services with the broader care team.The schedule
for this 13-week contract typically includes full-time daytime
hours, with flexibility based on patient needs and agency
scheduling practices. Productivity expectations are aligned with a
home health model, where you can often anticipate seeing several
patients per day, with visit volume tailored to allow for thorough
assessments, meaningful treatment sessions, and timely
documentation. You will document all care using an electronic
medical record system and will be supported by clinical and office
staff who help coordinate visits and ensure continuity of care.This
