Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage financial
transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice
processing and vendor payments
Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
Support annual audit and tax preparation, including the compilation
of account schedules
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent
experience with bookkeeping certification
2 years of relevant accounting experience in similar roles within a
nonprofit
Proficiency in accounting software (SageIntacct)
Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Impeccable dedication to customer service and support of DEI
efforts
