Anheuser-Busch InBev, a leader in the global brewing industry with iconic brands like Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois, is seeking a Senior Manager, Control, for our Finance, Accounting & Administration department. This strategic role is designed to strengthen financial governance, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, and support the dynamic operations of our multi-country brewing interests. As a Senior Manager, Control, you will lead a team focused on optimizing financial performance and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence to financial policies and procedures. Manage periodic financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international financial standards. Collaborate with internal audit teams to conduct comprehensive audits and implement corrective actions. Drive the budgeting and forecasting activities, providing expert financial insights to steer company strategies. Lead external audit engagements and maintain relationships with audit firm representatives to ensure transparency and compliance. Train and mentor department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in financial control processes. Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multi-country financial operations In-depth knowledge of IFRS and applicable financial regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent international qualification preferred Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
