Keeley Construction is looking for a Sr Project Accountant to join our Accounting Group in St. Louis, MO. Primary Responsibilities Set up new jobs & prime contracts in CMIC. Create monthly Lump Sum, T&M and GMP owner billings utilizing AIA documents, including all required backup based on owner contract, posting billings timely and accurately. Review owner contracts for required billing, lien waiver, and other accounting related responsibilities. Final review and approval of all assigned project related supplier & subcontractor invoices utilizing hh2 Document Flow to ensure costs are posted timely & accurately. Approval of weekly check runs to ensure all suppliers and subcontractors are paid within terms. Prepare, collect, and monitor all appropriate lien waivers necessary for release of payments. Assist vendors and subcontractors when inquiring on invoice/payment status. Print job reports for projects managers as necessary Monitor accounts receivable status and assist with collection if necessary. Reconcile all job billings monthly. Assist Project Managers with other job cost related tasks. Minimum Qualifications 5 years of construction accounting experience is required. Familiarity with pay applications is required. CMIC experience preferred. Procore & HH2 experience a plus. Full-cycle AP and AR experience a plus. All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
