As we continue to grow across SMBs, CPA firms, mid-market, and enterprise clients , we are seeking a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) to support our accounting and tax operations. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a CPA or EA seeking stability, flexibility, and long-term growth within a well-established, expanding organization. You will work closely with leadership to manage accounting and tax functions while maintaining professional autonomy. Prior industry-specific experience is not required. Candidates with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply and will be strongly considered. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and oversee federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities Provide proactive tax planning and compliance guidance Review financial statements, accounting records, and general ledger activity Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations Communicate clearly with internal leadership and external partners Assist with internal process improvements and financial controls Manage and grow an existing client book, if applicable RequirementsQualifications Active CPA or EA license in good standing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and GAAP Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively BenefitsCompensation & Benefits Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 per year , depending on experience, scope of responsibilities, and whether a book of business is brought Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses Compensation flexibility based on role structure and involvement Benefits Include: 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Flexible schedule Hybrid work options Why Join Total Home & Farm Video Solutions?
