The company has served the greater St. Louis Real Estate Community for over 50 years. They provide professional title insurance and closing services to real estate agents, builders, developers, commercial property investors and financial lending institutions. has grown to a position of leadership and prominence in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and currently has over 25 locations in St. Louis, St. Charles, and Jefferson counties. The escrow processor is responsible for assisting the closing agent in preparation of the closing file. The processor works closely with the realtor, buyer, seller, and lender to coordinate the gathering of information to successfully close & fund the transaction. The applicant must be a customer service oriented individual, have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight date deadlines in a faced paced environment. The applicant must be a highly motivated individual who has strong organizational & communication skills. Some overtime will be required. Proficient in Microsoft outlook, Microsoft word, & general computer skills are necessary. Knowledge of Resware closing software would be a plus, but not required. Pay starts at $20 an hour, but is offered based on expirence!
