Job Description:

St. Louis Real Estate company looking for a professional, reliable Office Administrator to join their team Barron Realty is a family owned business with great location in Richmond Heights, MO. Barron Realty owns and manages properties throughout the St. Louis area. The office team works closely together to create a great environment and provide professional real estate services. The Office Administrator schedule is Monday through Friday but can have flexible with hours and possibly a 4 day work week at slower times in fall and winter months. The position will undertake daily administrative tasks, general management, basic bookkeeping duties, assisting with rental and real estate transactions. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring with office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and be part of our long-standing team. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations with other team members to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Using Appfolio software for inputting data, information Assist with processing rental applications, preparing lease documents Assist with resident services, taking work orders, lease renewals Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Bookkeeping skills to include data entry, entering rents, deposits, general bookkeeping Have experience with company financials, financial reporting, real estate transactions a plus Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills Experience in property management a plus but not required. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent record keeping, book keeping, data entry and organizational skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred Interested applications should submit resume for consideration.
