Calculations Location: St. Louis, MO (Metro Area) Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary bonus opportunities About the Role We
are seeking a Survey Technician with expertise in construction
layout and calculations to support diverse development and
infrastructure projects throughout the St. Louis region. This role
is focused on producing precise construction data and layout
deliverables that ensure accuracy in the field for survey crews and
contractors. With decades of experience delivering survey solutions
for some of the region’s most complex projects, this is an
excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise while
contributing to high-impact construction work. Key Responsibilities
Perform construction calculations for grading, pavement, utilities,
sewers, and building layouts Prepare as-built surveys and verify
construction items against design plans Draft and manage layout
deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
(TBC) Interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans to
create accurate field data for survey crews Coordinate with
contractors, superintendents, and the Survey Coordinator to provide
timely survey support Qualifications 5 years of combined experience
in construction layout and/or construction calculations Proficiency
with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (TBC) Strong
understanding of construction documentation and as-built
verification Ability to interpret and apply local district and
agency layout standards Prior field survey experience a plus
