Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company – St. Louis, MO Pay: $60.00/hour (6.3% increase each year until 2030) Year 1: $60.00 Year 2: $63.78 Year 3: $67.79 Year 4: $72.07 Year 5: $76.61 Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours , OT after 8 Hours , No nights , No Weekends , No On Call , Skills Development in our Training Lab, Company truck, Milwaukee power tools, 401(k) with 6% match (100% vested day one), 100% employee and 50% dependent paid health insurance, and more.
