Job Description Job Description $25to $35/hr Signing Bonus Possible - Potential for an experienced tech is $60,000 to $90,000. We do not micro-manage our techs, so we are looking for self-motivated individuals. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, are able to manage time to effectively meet goals and you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers you will fit right in. Our ownership group has vast appliance service experience and were previous techs. We understand what techs need and want. - Needs to be personable and able to work with customers in their home. - Technical background and aptitude. Know how to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. - Ability to learn new skills. - Self-starter and good work ethic is a must. - Must pass background, driving and drug screening. - EPA certified. Specific Responsibilities: - Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home - Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment - Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced - Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Job Requirements: - High school graduate or equivalent - Valid Driver's License with a clean record - Must be at least 18 years of age - Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology - The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis - Flexible and variable hours. Weekends are not mandatory Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN - $25 to $35/hr. - Potential for an experienced tech is $60,000 to $75,000.
