The Firm Portfolio Management Office (Firm PMO) is an enterprise-level, strategic portfolio management office that serves as a critical link between enterprise vision and the work of the firm. It aims to provide a standard organizational methodology for planning, executing, staffing, prioritizing and learning from all efforts that comprise the firm's portfolio.

POSITION SUMMARY: This role will help support organizational and Technology leadership in their efforts at overseeing, managing and leveraging the entire life cycle of investments and initiatives (IT and non-IT), to optimally achieve enterprise goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports daily operations of resource management and reporting using Clarity or tool with similar resource management capabilitiesUses resourcing forecast to track and identify resource allocation needs for Firm Investments. Supports the efficient analysis and forecasting of resource needs Coordinate the intake, follow up and resolution of all resource management requests. Maintains resource information in eco-system of tools (Clarity)Monitor and support resource requests, availability and overall state of Firm resources to assure needs of stakeholders are clearly understood and met Provides support to the Resource Management Leader for regular resource meetings with Division Resource Experts (DREs) to ensure continued alignment, transparency and communication to support assignment of resource to the highest priority work across the Firm. Creates agenda, participates, and contributes during resource sync meetingsSupports the collaboration with internal departments to prioritize resourcing needs and assignments for future work.Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individualsCreate and maintain resource dashboards and other tools within the Firms eco-system to reconcile and quality check division reports for review in with Firm Portfolio Governance Group (FPGG).Act as resource partner and provide support to function and segment leadersProvide support to manage, monitor and create reports on resource trends and KPIsUnderstanding of resource management practices and tools used to create monthly-insights and reportingWorks as part of a team of 4-6 resource management analystsPosition Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree or higher3-5 years of experience in resource management Interpersonal skills and Critical ThinkingAble to clearly articular and communicate ideas both written and verballyAble to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and often changing environmentPossess technical and analytical aptitude and organizational skillsAble to work as part of team of leaders across the FirmPrevious resource management experience required (manager and analyst)MS Office products, Agile, SDLC knowledge and experienceExperience with Clarity resource management module and Tableau reporting.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
