This role is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. Defines the high level product strategy of a group of products. Leads a team of Product Managers to deliver on the product strategy.

As part of this job, you will:

Lead the translation of business strategy into product strategy and roadmaps by facilitating the collaboration and alignment of business leaders and technology teams.

Own responsibility for the overall product lifecycle of multiple enterprise-wide products including design, development, implementation, and support to create value and deliver ROI.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.
Lead stakeholder discovery efforts to define most valuable capabilities / high-level features.

Understand high-level user flows and system interactions across the product group.

Identify feature enhancements and manage associated backlog and roadmaps to maximize business outcomes.

Work with Engineering to establish a high-level technical design and delivery estimates for stakeholders.

Work in a fast-paced environment, striving for success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple priorities.

Facilitate deep strategic conversations, build and develop consensus with other business units, and influence decisions across functions.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
