You Will Do: Assist in directing services, workflow and resources
for assigned long-term care nursing area.
- Assist in developing, organizing and implementing clinical
services and programs.
- Communicate policies, expected outcomes, work routines, and
work procedures to clinical staff
- Assist with implementation and evaluation of quality of care
including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.
- Assist in monitoring nursing budgets.
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transfer to ensure
appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal
- -Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring,
orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing
education initiatives. What You Will Need: Licensure /
Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer
- BLS Provider preferred. -Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited
school/college of nursing required.
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and
experience preferred.Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
