Mercy South Float PoolFull Time or Part Time, NightsTiered 3 (Med surg) will receive a $5.00 differential over base payTiered 2 (Stepdown) will receive a $7.50 differential over base payTiered 1 (ICU) will receive a $10.00 differential over base paySign on Bonus for eligible RN's up to $10,000!Overview:If you love change and like to learn something new every day then the Float Pool is for you!Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork.
