RN's are typically hired into one of these specialty pods, and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Licensure: Current Missouri licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse required for this position. New Graduate RNs are not eligible.Certifications: BLS certifiedOther: Completes Hospital and nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/Education Coordinator.Preferred Education: BSNPreferred Experience: Two (2) years of OR experience.
