Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care by
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment,
utilizing technology, evidence-based practices, and team
coordination.
Offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.
Position is a 12-hour NIGHT shift, 2 days/week, with weekend
rotation.
Work on a 38-bed ICU/CVICU unit within a Magnet hospital, caring
for diverse, complex patients.
Requires critical thinking, advanced modality skills (IABP, CRRT),
effective communication, and documentation via EPIC.
Qualifications include ASN (BSN within 4 years), Colorado RN
license, BLS, and 2+ years critical care experience preferred.
Located in scenic Grand Junction, Colorado, offering outdoor
activities and a small-town feel.
Hourly pay ranges from $36.35 to $54.53, based on experience, with
comprehensive wellness benefits.
