Currently, we're hiring SLP - Clinical Fellows to work in a school in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a school Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP working in a school setting. SHC's BUILD Your Future program provides a structured, systematic clinical support and career development program for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows. SLP Clinical Fellow Contract Details:

• $38 - $42 an hour
• 2025-2026 School Year
• Bonus: $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC employees
• Schedule: Full-time and Part-time options
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: In-person or Hybrid options
• Details: Early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school caseload options. Will split caseload for part-time SLP candidates. Collaborate interdisciplinary team and clinical fellowship mentor provided.
• Options to renew, transition to full-time, or try a new setting at the end of each contract
• Flexible schedules within school bell hours
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

  Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
  • Missouri SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ASHA Certification
  • No prior experience is required
