2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Belleville,
Illinois, 62226! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Must-Have: Cardiac drip management required Sheath pulls required
Central line management required Description: Work 12-hour night
shift on a fast-paced cardiac unit. Self-sufficient and capable of
managing critical care cardiac patients. Responsible for the care
of cardiac patients and managing cardiac drips without titration.
Must comply with hourly rounding and bedside shift report with all
patients. Patient ratios are 1:5-6. Required to work every other
weekend. Previous charge experience is preferred. Ability to
perform procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
Experience with chest tubes, high flow nasal cannula, and
tracheostomy care is necessary. Daily census on the unit is around
30 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy,
respiratory services, and pharmacy. Skills in the interpretation
and management of dysrhythmias are crucial. Must have experience
with post-operative cardiac care, including post-op open heart.
