Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Saint Louis, Missouri,

exam (Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required) Telemetry
experience Epic charting system experience Description: The
candidate will provide nursing care to patients in a medical
surgical setting. They must be able to manage various patient
diagnoses such as trauma and acute care surgeries. Experience with
blood product administration, phlebotomy, and IV management is
required. The candidate will be responsible for starting IVs and
managing insulin and PCA. Skills in wound care and the use of
special equipment such as wound vacs and external fixators are
necessary. The ability to care for geriatric trauma patients is
essential. The nurse will assist in care for victims of abuse and
violence and those with traumatic brain injuries. Knowledge of
isolation precautions and performing oral suctioning is expected.
Floating within the service line may be required based on facility
needs. Every other weekend availability is mandatory. Candidates
must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role
includes working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social
services. The candidate should be prepared to work with a daily
census of 50-55 patients. They will be part of a team that supports
