ChenMed, a national leader in value-based, primary care has an exciting opportunity for a Center Clinical Director to oversee the clinical direction at one of our advanced medical centers dedicated to serving seniors with complex health issues. This pivotal role ensures the highest quality of care, optimizes our unique care model, and supports a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The Center Clinical Director will drive clinical excellence, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Provide leadership and direction for all clinical operations within the center. Develop and implement clinical programs and policies that align with company objectives and regulatory standards. Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Monitor healthcare delivery metrics and implement improvement strategies. Engage in budget preparation and resource allocation for clinical services. Collaborate with other clinical directors and senior management to promote best practices and organizational standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and develop a healthcare team In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Experience with budget management and clinical operations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and unrestricted state medical license Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty (preferred) Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE - Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, preferred)
