Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,592 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year in home care or 1-2 years in medical/surgical or acute care experience License: Required state license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Home health experience OASIS experience Phlebotomy skills Ventilator knowledge Experience with high acuity patients Description: Provide nursing care to a diverse population with high acuity needs. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform blood draws, wound care, and manage IV therapies. Educate patients and families regarding their health management. Utilize a daily point system for productivity metrics. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in an on-call rotation, approximately 3-5 nights per month. Cover every 4th weekend, with additional days off surrounding the weekend. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Document patient care accurately in designated charting systems.
