Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, NIH required; CPI, TNCC preferred
Must-Have: Insertion of central lines, arterial lines, and chest
tubes. Post-cardiac arrest hypothermia management. Intubations and
management of critical codes. Care for trauma patients, pediatric
patients, and mental health patients. Description: Emergency Room
Nurse needed for night shifts. The position requires working
12-hour shifts. The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio
of 1:3. Every other weekend work is required. The role involves the
care of neuro and trauma patients. Special procedures include code
blue response and management of sexual assault cases. Nurses will
float as needed within the scope of practice. Candidates must
provide references upon request. No local candidates accepted
within a specified radius. COVID-19 vaccination is not required,
but flu vaccination is mandatory with exemptions allowed. Travelers
must have facial hair that allows for proper fit testing or will be
expected to shave. Modules must be completed prior to the start of
the assignment. Please ensure all required certifications and
