The unit takes patients from all disciplines, making each day exciting. Nurses will experience various specialties and care for diverse patient types on this unit. Candidates with previous charge experience are preferred. Patient ratios are 5 patients to 1 nurse. Support services available include physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, and social services. Common patient diagnoses include chronic kidney disease, diabetes, trauma-related injuries, and heart failure.
