In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in a fully integrated health care delivery system, providing high-quality care in surgical settings across the Midwest. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining sterile conditions, assisting in surgical procedures, and supporting both patients and surgical staff. Prepare and maintain sterile medical environments before and during surgeries. Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations by providing necessary instruments and equipment. Monitor and manage surgical supplies and instruments. Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Participate in patient preparation for surgery and follow up evaluations. Proficiency in sterile and aseptic techniques. Strong understanding of surgical instruments and supplies. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
