Position Details: Why Women's Health/GYN at Mercy St. Louis? Our Women's Health/GYN unit provides specialized, holistic care for patients with diverse and meaningful needs. As part of our team, you will make a profound impact on women across all stages of life. Our Patient Population Includes: * NICU mothers * Post?surgical patients (hysterectomy, breast reconstruction, uro?gyn, cesarean complications) * Fetal demise patients * GI patients, including GI abdominal surgeries * Women's Med Surg overflow * Previable moms with non-pregnancy-related complications If you're a strong advocate for women and want a role where empathy meets excellence—this is the place for you. ?? Qualifications Required Education * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) Licensure * Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact license, as applicable) * Must meet all state Board of Nursing requirements Certifications * BLS through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire) * One or more of the following may be required based on unit needs or obtained within departmental timelines: * ACLS * NRP * ENPC * TNCC * CPHON * OCN * PALS * PEARS * S.T.A.B.L.E. * C?EFM * Other unit?specific certifications as required Physical Requirements * Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs on a regular basis (Preferred education, licensure, and experience may be added per hiring manager need.) What You'll Do As a Women's Health/GYN RN, you will be a central part of our interdisciplinary care team, advocating for patients and delivering compassionate, evidence?based care.
