Float Pool Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year) - Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred) - Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri - Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association) - ACLS (American Heart Association) Why Mercy?
