Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Saint Peters, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Peters, Missouri, 63376! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required in telemetry or step down experience. License: Valid state license required at the time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Telemetry background Stroke care background Experience with post cardiac catheterization patients Average daily census of 16 patients Experience with EPIC charting Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry. The role requires managing adult and geriatric patients. Patients include those recovering from total joint replacements, neuro spine surgeries, general surgeries, wounds, diabetes, and medical COVID cases. Experience in nursing with a patient ratio of 4-6. Nurses are required to float as needed. Daily responsibilities include telemetry monitoring and attending to stroke care. Candidates must have experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Knowledge of IV insulin protocols, feeding tube care and management, and administration of blood products is essential. Care for patients post-cardiac angiogram and post-myocardial infarction is necessary. Proficiency in pre/post cardiac catheter procedures and post-neurosurgery management is required. Isolation precautions and wound care, including wound vac management, will be part of the job duties.
