Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Louis,
Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Must-Have: Telemetry/step-down experience required Experience with
ECG and cardiac drips is essential Description: This position
involves working in a telemetry/step-down unit. The nurse will
manage patients with various cardiac conditions. Ratios for patient
care will be 1:4-5. Nurses will float within their scope to meet
facility needs. The role requires interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias. Candidates should be experienced in the care of
patients post-cardiac interventions. Basic nursing skills in IV
management, blood product administration, and central line care are
necessary. The unit provides interdisciplinary support from various
specialties. Patient diagnoses include heart failure, arrhythmias,
chest pain, and acute renal failure. The nurse will be responsible
for administering medication and managing drips without titration.
Wound care and compliance with isolation precautions are also
