This role requires a combination of skill and flexibility, as well as a willingness to work as a collaborative and inclusive member of a team. This role requires a compassionate individual with demonstrated communication skills and clinical proficiency. High School Diploma ? Experience in customer service or health care preferred ? MA Certification preferred, Phlebotomy a plus ? Experience with Epic SCHEDULE: ? Monday – Saturday; 40 hours a week, 8-hour shifts ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Consistently demonstrate appropriate service behaviors in interactions with patients and colleagues and practices In this Together and Service Standard values ? Actively contribute to an inclusive workplace culture by working collaboratively as a valued member of the care team ? Proactively work to resolve conflict and perform service recovery, as needed ? Administrative duties include answering phones, making appointments, taking messages, transferring records for patients, and ensuring completion of health center records and required forms ? Perform patient medical and social history intakes and provide education as indicated for the services patients are seeking, as directed by the supervisor/clinician on duty ? Complete basic lab work and follow procedures as required ? Provide patients with non-judgmental pregnancy options counseling and make referrals for services based on the patient’s choice ? Assist licensed medical staff with the delivery of reproductive care as needed ? Perform all recordkeeping duties related to patient care with accuracy ? Perform housekeeping and stocking duties as needed ? Complete HIPAA and OSHA training and other training as required ?
