Internal Job Description Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)is the
shift for this role. The Job Description:MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND
TO SUB SKILLED NURSING AND REHAB UNITS IN A LTC FACILITY - they act
more like a Med-Surg Start Date: ASAP Shift: Listed in Job Order -
e/o weekend rotation Ratios: Direct Patient Care Up to 20 Residents
- Avg. Daily Census: 72 Years of Experience REQ: 2YR Min
First-Timers Accepted: Yes for first time travelers Weekend REQ:
E/O Weekend Required upon request of center Certs REQ: IV Cert
Required before starting BLS/ACLS also Is On-Call REQ?: No Will
this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A Open to
accommodating block schedule?: N/A Locals Accepted: Yes Pending
License Accepted: MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LICENSE RTO Restrictions:
RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER
OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off ANY CALL OUTS MUST BE GIVEN
WITH AMPLE NOTICE MORE THAN 24hrs PRIOR Special Requirements: Rehab
with strong Med/Surg and acute care experience helpful but not
required. Dementia training/experience highly recommended.
Excellent customer service is a must. Works closely with CNA/HCA.
Special equipment- Lifting equipment Hospital Highlights: Working
Primary Care Providing specialized medical and rehabilitation to
Dementia/Surgical patients including IV medications wound care.
