NP/PA Orthopedic Surgery opening in Jefferson City, MOLocated in Jefferson City, MO - Columbia 30mFull-time; PermanentSeeking NP or PA Overview: Opportunity to work closely with an orthopedic surgeon while maintaining autonomy within practice Collaborative, physician-led multispecialty environment Busy orthopedic clinic and surgery center setting Orthopedic clinic and surgical support role Monday-Friday schedule Clinic/Surgery Center hours approximately 7:00/7:30 AM - 3:30/5:00 PM Occasional weekend hospital rounding Approximately 5-7 call days per month Orthopedic or surgical APP experience preferred but not required Comp/Benefits: Base salary: $150,000 annually Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Employer-paid short and long-term disability 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing 160 hours PTO annually 56 hours paid holiday leave CME reimbursement and CME time Group/Facility Info: Large physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty group Nearly 90 providers across 30+ specialties Established regional organization focused on coordinated, patient-centered care Strong emphasis on provider collaboration and clinical autonomy About the Area:Jefferson City offers affordable living, excellent schools, and a strong sense of community in the heart of Central Missouri.
