We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations at this distinctive destination. This role is ideal for those who wish to combine their passion for food service with top-tier management skills, all while working within the framework of a financial group committed to excellence and innovation in service. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance levels, while conducting training and development initiatives. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with exceptional customer service and high-quality food offerings. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities to ensure restaurant profitability. Implement strategies to enhance customer base, including marketing initiatives and community engagement. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning restaurant operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proven problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen to handle budgeting and P&L management. A passion for the food service industry and customer satisfaction. ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred. Any relevant management or hospitality certifications are a plus.
