open kitchen. Beyond taking salad orders, the Chopper showcases the
quality and freshness of our food and the exacting care that goes
into its preparation. Our Choppers: Communicate salad builds with
guests. Produce salads per specifications while encouraging guests
to observe the production process. Keep the production area clean
and organized. Restock the station as needed.
