• And Much More!Staffing Coordinator ResponsibilitiesAs a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.Staffing Coordinator Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Currently licensed or certified in the state practiced; Nurse Aide, Medication Aide/Tech, or Practical Nurse required.
  • Will need to work the floor when call-ins arise.
  • Minimum of one year of long-term care experience required.
  • Strong personal organization and time management ability, with attention to detail.
