learn more.Job SummaryDrive the execution of HR initiatives in the
areas of organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning,
performance management, employment practices, and HR
communications. Support the execution of HR programs/processes
within a region. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key
Accountabilities
- Manage the execution of HR programs/processes in the areas of:
OE, Staffing, Performance Management, Learning, and Employment
Practices.
- Manage associate relations necessary to maintain a positive and
productive environment.
- Provide HR Support and guidance to HR Regional Managers and
their staffs.
- Analyze reports to evaluate HR operations for assigned
area.
- Assess regional needs on an ongoing basis and facilitate or
develop programs to respond to the needs of the area
- Actively participates in acquisition integration assignments
involving orientation, benefits and training.Nature and Scope
- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on
professional methods, business principles, and practical
experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors
and/or indirectly supervises support staff.Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions
would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the
time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and
there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions
there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Minimum
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicableEducation
and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+
years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some
disciplines.Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience providing HR support to all levels of
the organization.
- Experience supporting an employee base of over 600.
- Experience in Staffing, Learning, and Talent management.
- Experience supervising others.
- Multi-unit management experience.
- Candidate could be from Midwest (St. Louis) towards East Coast
as they will support Mid-South and Northeast Regions.#LI-RemoteCore
