be working alongside Government civilians and other Government
contractors and instructors. What level Clearance do I need?You
must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. When is this
position expected to begin?This position iscontingent upon award.

will be in touch when possible. What will I be doing? Using your
expertise in policy analysis, you will be providing office staff
with expert advice and assistance with strategic planning,policy,
and business analysis required to establish needed office
structures and create appropriate documentation.You will be
supporting offices and programs that support the mission of
providing timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial-intelligence in
support of national security. In addition, you will: Providing
expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought
leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized
in-depth expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology;
policy and administration; planning; analysis; communications;
business; and management Under the guidance of Government, acting
as the interface between NGA and IC customers Reviewing and
revising management and governance policies, instructions,
standards, and best practices Identifying and supporting business
processes improvements Producing written reports, presentations or
other artifacts as required by the Government for each task
assigned and supporting briefings and meetings to discuss
recommendations Provides customer service, representational and
written communication skills Building productive relationships with
senior leaders, the general workforce, and other collaborating
partners Preparing and delivering reports and briefings for senior
leadership across NGA Facilitating cross-agency and cross-office
engagements, through regular meetings of working groups at senior
and action officer levels, and through ad hoc engagements as needed
Supporting development and enforcement of national, IC, and NGA
policies and regulations governing the licensing and operation of
commercially owned remote sensing systems Preparing and delivering
reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and
Agency, as well as development and communication of associated
messages and communication/outreach strategies Monitoring products
and services throughout the life cycle; validates/verifies
adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement
activities; manages/leads quality assurance activities Other duties
as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You
must meet the minimum requirements: Active Top Secret / SCI
clearance At least 4 years of total experience, with 2 years of
specialized experience Note: Academic degrees may be substituted
for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience)
Experience in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense
Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), IC and Commercial industries
requirements in Contract Property Management, Property
Accountability, including validating /verifying adherence to
specified policies and regulations Experience collaborating with
teams of subject matter experts, sharing knowledge with others, and
working as a team member Experience advising and assisting with
strategic planning and policy development, with a focus on
providing expert strategic-level assistance Experience routinely
interacting with senior-level personnel, including key component
directors Where is the client site that I would be working for? You
will be working in St. Louis, MO. Address disclosed after your
