Our warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and safely-and we're looking for the right person to help lead the charge. Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and hands-on work. You'll oversee critical warehouse functions that directly support production, recycling, and inventory accuracy-making a real, visible impact every day From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process Oversee inventory management and staging of paper for press operations Reduce and prevent pilferage and inappropriate use of materials Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Coordinate recycling from other facilities Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with FSC/SFI paperwork Collaborate closely with production teams to support safety, quality, and workflow efficiency The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Clear, professional communication skills Physical stamina and comfort working in a warehouse setting Forklift and/or clamp truck experience preferred; willingness to be trained required Your Production Schedule Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. All The Good Stuff: Your Benefits Company-sponsored 401(k) Plan with Employer Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Voluntary Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Employee Wellness Program Flexible work environment Job Posted by ApplicantPro
