PART Liaisons develop strong relationships with the Premier Advisors, their staff and their managers and regional staff. - PART Liaisons act as extensions of their teams by taking full ownership of and driving resolution for any type of escalated question or issue that hinders a Premier Advisor's productivity and service to their clients. By working with leaders and other key business partners across the firm, they provide responsive, accurate and timely issue resolution and support to the concerns of Wells Fargo Advisors' (WFA's) top Financial Advisors (FAs). PART Liaisons take complete ownership of issues escalated to them and retain that ownership until full resolution.The Premier Advisor Resolution Team Liaison has primary responsibility for:

  • Ownership of escalated issues/questions and resolving problems of the firm's Premier Advisors.
  • Partner closely with the Internal Business Development Group, Productivity Consultants, Regional Banking Consultants, and Field Leaders who often generate some of the escalations.
  • The PART Liaison finds answers and provides results to any escalated issue, problem or concern of the top producing FAs, keeping the FA or their staff informed and logging the details in a timely manner.
  • The PART Liaison develops strong relationships with Premier Advisors, their team members, their managers and their regional leaders. - They work to educate them on PART services available to them and how it can help with their practice. -
  • The PART team partners with leaders and key contacts across the firm in order to streamline solutions and ensure all teams have a voice, with a satisfactory resolution to any given concern.
  • As escalated issues present themselves, the PART Liaison bridges the gap between the top producing FAs of the firm and the home office as it relates to problems and concerns.
  • The work done by the PART Liaison contributes to the creation of a high impact service model.

    Required Qualifications
    • 7+ years of client service experience, related business experience, or a combination of both
    • 5+ years of financial services industry experience

      • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues
      • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: products and services
      • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
      • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
      • FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
      • FINRA registration including Series 65 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Professional presentation skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • 5+ years of cross functional brokerage industry experience

          Job Expectations
          • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

            Salary Information
            The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

            MO-Saint Louis: Min: $58,000 Mid: $81,700
