Technical Sales Support Specialist

A growing company in the power solutions industry is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to help customers and sales teams with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting. This role is perfect for someone with technical knowledge in electronics or electrical products who enjoys working with people and solving problems.

What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Help customers choose the right products, set them up, and fix minor issues.
  
• Travel as needed to meet customers, understand their needs, and support sales.
  
• Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Host customer meetings at company headquarters to discuss product solutions.
  
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to showcase products.
  
• Work with the marketing team to share customer feedback and improve products.
  
• Take on additional tasks to support sales and technical efforts.
  
  
  What You Need:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Associate's degree in Electronics (Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred).
    
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
    
  • Good communication and people skills.
    
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
    
  • Familiarity with power solutions or electronic products is a plus.
    
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
