Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or a related field.
• Familiarity with retirement plan types, including 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans.
• High level customer service experience with a focus on financial services.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to retirement plans.
• Experience with retirement plan implementation and administration
• Experience with investment selection and monitoring
  
  
  • CRPS certification is a plus
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
