There is an opportunity to join an established Ophthalmology practice that is looking to add a Full-Time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. The new associate will be handed down cases from one of the current doctors and have the ability to grow from there. There are two clinic locations with one producing a very high number of cases per patient visits; many patients are electing for premium lenses and fem to assisted cataract surgery. There is already a well established referral network in place. All associates will have a scribe and see upwards of 40 patients per day and see very little primary care. Associates are allowed to set their own schedules. Compensation will be a base with production bonus, full benefits including malpractice and continuing education time and stipend will be offered as well.
