currently seeking to hire a Senior Systems Engineering Support
Analyst with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of
systems engineering to become part of the F-15 USAF Training
Systems team in Berkeley, MO. - F-15 USAF Training Systems is
responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration,
testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance
training devices for multiple F-15 USAF variants. - This is an
amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across all
aspects of the program!Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions
that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support
teams
- Support development of performance, specification, and
compliance requirements in DOORS
- Support development of systems integration plans
- Participate in Agile planning increments, retrospectives and
daily standups
- Lead and manage the Site Incident Report process
- Attend customer meetings to brief status on Site Incident
Reports
- Manage product discrepancy reports using ClearQuestThis
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options.This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security
Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the
past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience using ClearQuest to track defects
- Experience interfacing with end customers
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, a strong desire
to work with technical and non-technical audiences and be a
self-starterPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited course of study
in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
chemistry
- Experience with training systems architecture using COTS PCs
running WindowsTypical Education/ Experience:Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or
an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
(e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related
work experience, 13 years' related work experience,
etc.).Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate
