Diesel Mechanic Details:

• 
  
• Earn $20.00 - $30.00/hour - depending on experience
  
• $5,000 sign-on bonus - 50% paid out after 90 days, 50% paid out after 180 days
  
• $100 steel toe boot reimbursement annually
  
• $100 prescription safety glasses reimbursement annually
  
• $125 tool reimbursement quarterly
  
• Comprehensive benefits package
  
  
  Responsibilities Include:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Perform diagnosis, repair and maintenance of fleet including electrical and brakes
    
  • Preventative maintenance including oil change, brakes, lights, filters, tire pressure and tread depth, etc.
    
  • Knowledge of repairs with Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and Mercedes Engines
    
  • Document work order details within the Company's internal order and billing program
    
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
    
  • Use effective interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
    
  • Good mechanical aptitude and work ethic needed
    
  • Contribute to the goals of the shop, leadership team and company
    
  • Be a positive role model for all team member

    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
      
    • One to five years of mechanic experience on heavy-duty trucks
      
    • Must have a Valid Driver's License
      
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
      
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
