Home time:
Run 12-14 days inside of preferred freight lanes, get home 2 days.
Run 21 days outside of preferred freight lanes, get home 3 days.
CDL-A Team Truck Driver Jobs Offer:
49 CPM to the team with .01 raise every 6 months (includes bonuses)
Per diem pay (0.05 cpm/mile on all miles per driver, pre-tax) optional
High team miles
Family-friendly home time
$2,000 referral bonus
Seniority pay increases every 6 months
1st Tier Productivity Incentive average 4500 miles / week increases team pay by 2 cpm next month
2nd Tier Productivity Incentive average 5000 miles / week increases team pay by 4 cpm next month

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Job qualifications:
Minimum 23 years of age with valid CDL-A
1 year's recent verifiable OTR experience; or 9 months' OTR + truck driving school
No major moving violations in last 2 years; no more than 3 moving violations in last 5 years
