Job Description Job Description Counter Person Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs - Process sales transactions - Maintain accurate inventory control and perform regular stock checks - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Keep the counter area clean and organized Experience: - Previous experience in agricultural or lawn and garden parts is preferred. such as John Deere, Meyer, McFarlane, AGI Westfield, Bush Hog - Knowledge of agricultural or lawn and garden maintenance is beneficial - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
