Job Description:

part-time Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team.

Med/Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in our patient-centered
environment, supporting the management and recovery of surgical and
medical patients with adherence to our core values of healing and
compassion. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and
physical activity. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Facilitate patient communication and education,
ensuring that patient treatment plans are understood and adhered
to. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and
assess patient treatments. Prepare patients for, and assist with,
examinations or treatments. Strong ability to coordinate and
prioritize patient care in a high-stress environment. Excellent
communication skills, both oral and written. Deep understanding of
health and safety guidelines. Adept at using medical software and
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license
valid in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
