thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations and create personalized
treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique goals Deliver
hands-on, evidence-based therapy while adapting care as patients
progress Empower patients and their families through education,
support, and practical home programs Work closely with a
compassionate, interdisciplinary team to provide holistic,
coordinated care Keep clear, timely records that reflect the
quality and impact of your work Grow professionally through
continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement

Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or
Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Licensure: Current/Temporary license
of Physical Therapy in state of practice. Certifications: BLS
certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned
